VIDEOART CHANNEL in August introduces works from three organizations as follows: “Videotage,” the independent art group based in Hong Kong since its foundation in 1985, + “Forum A,” the art network created in order to share a place for discussion among young artists, curators and critics who are active in Seoul, + “VIDEOART Center Tokyo,” which projects international activities and is oriented in Tokyo. The similarities and differences among the works from the three big cities in Asia will be released to be the interesting experience.

Hong Kong, as a super-commercial city, and Seoul, where the independent art scene is channeling dynamically.  Being as a present tense, the uniqueness of Asian art scenes will appear through the artists’ works in Asian metropolis. How would the Tokyo’s videoart challenge them!?
